Prompt of the week:
Analyze my ideal customer — but imagine they have impossible needs, habits, or constraints. Generate 5–10 counterintuitive or surprising ways to serve them. For each idea, include:
Idea: a creative, unconventional, or “I wouldn’t have thought of that” approach to delight or reach this impossible customer
Why it matters: a concise, punchy explanation of why this idea could have impact
Actionable Step: one concrete experiment, tweak, or implementation I could try immediately
Be clever, memorable, and lightly irreverent — use metaphors, pop-culture references, or fun comparisons to make the insights stick — but keep them grounded enough to spark real action. Surface hidden opportunities, overlooked approaches, and unconventional levers. Don’t hedge; treat it like a brutally honest mentor helping my startup succeed.
