The tools and strategies behind rapid scaling

Hi ,
You’ve probably heard of the podcast Code Story. But if not, let me introduce you to the host, Noah Labhart.
Noah has quietly built what I consider the best tech podcast on the planet.
My company has scheduled over 14,000 podcast interviews, so I listen to a lot of shows. It’s rare to find one that nails all four pillars: world-class production, emotionally resonant conversations, actionable takeaways, and genuine inspiration.
Noah does all of that, effortlessly. I’ve been a fan for years, and if Code Story isn’t already on your radar, it should be.
I believe meaningful conversations can shift culture, and that’s why I recommend Noah’s podcast. Listen here.
Let’s dive in.
This week on the podcast:
Zack Holland joins AI for Founders to explore why executing marketing strategies, not creating them, is the biggest challenge for startups today. In this episode, we discuss Avery AI's unique blend of automation and human expertise, Zack’s philosophy of “seed-strapping,” and the emotional resilience required to survive as a founder. From AI memory to stoic wisdom, Zack shares deeply personal and professional insights for anyone building in tech. Listen here.
Tip of the spear:
Google DeepMind to soon begin human trials of AI-designed drugs LINK
Google DeepMind's drug discovery company, Isomorphic Labs, is "getting very close" to starting the first human trials for its AI-designed medicines.
Its work relies on the AlphaFold AI, a system that predicts protein structures and models their interactions with molecules to speed up drug discovery.
Alongside partnerships with Novartis and Eli Lilly, the lab is developing its own drug candidates in oncology and immunology for future licensing opportunities.
Bitcoin wallet wakes up after 14 years, moves 80,000 BTC LINK
A whale moved 80,000 BTC worth $8.6 billion that had been sitting untouched for 14 years, transferring the entire amount to new crypto addresses on Friday.
Originating from 2011 "coinbase" transactions, this event is the largest daily movement of coins aged ten years or more in the history of the Bitcoin network.
The entity, believed to be an "OG miner," once held 200,000 BTC and ranks among the top five largest holders in the cryptocurrency's entire history.
Robot cooks steak from 1,800km away using VR LINK
A humanoid robot from Shenzhen Dobot successfully cooked a steak while being remotely controlled from 1,800km away by an operator wearing a VR headset.
The Dobot Atom model replicated an engineer's hand gestures, which were captured by the system as he monitored the distant counter through a video feed.
It completed several delicate tasks, including dabbing the meat with a paper towel, pouring oil into the pan, and sprinkling salt directly from its fingers.
Tech billionaires launch new bank for startups LINK
Tech billionaires Palmer Luckey and Joe Lonsdale are launching Erebor, a new bank to serve startups and crypto firms that traditional lenders often reject.
The venture has filed for a national bank charter to provide traditional banking products and give credit to companies that are not well served currently.
Stablecoins are expected to be a major part of Erebor's operations, as it wants to become a highly regulated entity for facilitating these transactions.
Prompt of the week:
Act as a strategic advisor who understands psychology, network theory, and time management. Help me identify the most valuable relationships in my life—professionally and personally—and determine where I should be focusing my time to maximize impact and fulfillment. Ask me clarifying questions to assess the quality, frequency, and alignment of my relationships. Then, based on my answers, help me prioritize who I should be spending more time with, who I may need to distance myself from, and how to nurture my most meaningful connections.
